UX/UI Front End Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Engineer to combine UX/UI design and front-end development, delivering intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital products in a global enterprise environment.

The initial assignment will focus on redesigning enterprise dashboards and performance reports, transforming complex business data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, hands-on front-end experience, and advanced English communication skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research, usability testing, and UX strategy.

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

• Build responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or Angular.

• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.

• Design intuitive dashboards and data-driven enterprise experiences.

• Ensure accessibility standards and consistent user experiences.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and global stakeholders in Agile teams.

🛠️ Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end engineering, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design for complex applications.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems.

• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or Angular.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced English (C1–C2, mandatory).

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with dashboard design, data visualization, or Power BI.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fluent UI and Azure.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience in the energy, oil and gas, or industrial sector.

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
