This role is for a Head of Recruitment. You will work with different departments to understand their hiring needs. You will also plan hiring volumes for each quarter and determine the number of people needed. You will need to make decisions and potentially manage the current recruiters.

• Plan hiring volume for each quarter.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• 3 years of recruitment experience.

• Experience as a sourcer.

• Experience as an HR Business Partner.
