Senior Search Engineer – Lucidworks Fusion

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Lucidworks Fusion Search Specialist to support a U.S. client ahead of their site launch. You’ll start by auditing their current search setup and recommending improvements before launch, then provide weekly or biweekly optimization support based on real user behavior. This is a contract role, ideal for an experienced search consultant.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in search engineering or search relevance

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Lucidworks Fusion (query and index pipelines, boosts, rules, signals)

• Strong Apache Solr background, ideally with relevancy tuning in e-commerce

• Previous experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients

• Ability to audit existing implementations and explain findings to technical and business teams

• Advanced English, written and spoken
