QA Tosca Automation Engineer

Role: Senior Tosca Automation Engineer (Healthcare ) Location: Argentina Remote Job Type: Full time

Must haves:

• Strong Tosca Automation experience

• Strong Selenium/Java. TestNG and Playwright are good to have.

• Healthcare Finance experience: Billing, Claims, Insurance, healthcare financial processing in general

• Good English communication skills

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using:

• Tosca (Required)

• Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required)

• Perform end-to-end testing for healthcare applications

• Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.

• Execute SQL-based backend validation and data verification.

• Validate large-scale datasets using AWS Athena or similar Lakehouse technologies.

• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.

• Support CI/CD/CT implementation and continuous testing practices.

• Manage test cases, execution, and reporting through tools such as qTest .

• Oversee defect management, including logging, triage, tracking, and validation.

• Contribute to test strategy, risk assessment, and QA best practices.

Required Qualifications Technical Skills

• 7+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience.

• Strong programming experience in Java .

• Hands-on expertise with:

• Tosca (Required)

• Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required)

• Strong SQL and database validation skills.

• Experience with AWS Athena and large-scale data validation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
