Salesforce Developer / Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Location: Remote (Colombia / LATAM, GMT-5) Employment type: Full-time – Staff Augmentation Seniority: Mid–Senior (5+ years) Language: B2/C1 English required Role Mission

Design and deliver high-quality solutions using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flows , balancing declarative vs. programmatic approaches and ensuring performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build with Apex , LWC , SOQL/SOSL and unit tests with solid coverage

• Apply platform limits best practices; optimize queries and governor usage

• Integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events); error handling and observability

• CI/CD and environment strategy across sandboxes and production

• Code reviews, standards, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with Admins, QA, and business for clear requirements and delivery

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development

• Proven LWC + Apex experience (including tests)

• B2–C1 English

• Certification: Platform Developer I (PD-I)

Nice to Have • Platform Developer II , Experience Cloud, event-driven architectures
