Legal Assistant / Customer service

Location: On site Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST

Job description: We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities: Client Follow-Up: Maintain constant and effective communication with clients. Institutional Contact: Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions related to personal injury cases. Case Management: Handle a large number of cases effectively, ensuring each receives proper attention. Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency. Therapy Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of physical therapy sessions and follow up with clients. Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills:

+1 year of Customer Service Experience, The experience can be on BPO (Call center) or local CSR experience C1 highly preferred / B2+ fluent English Level with strong experience accepted.
