Data Architect

Job Title: Data Architect Role Overview: We are seeking a Full Stack Data Engineer / Data Architect with strong expertise in Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and modern cloud architecture. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data platforms to power enterprise analytics and AI/ML workloads. Key Responsibilities ● Architecture & Design: Architect and implement scalable Lakehouse and cloud data platforms tailored for high-volume batch and real-time streaming data. ● ● Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize reliable end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake. ● ● Data Governance & Security: Implement robust data access controls, auditability, and metadata management using Databricks Unity Catalog. ● ● Analytics & AI Support: Enable downstream analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML model deployment through performant data modeling. ● ● Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune data infrastructure for optimal performance, cost efficiency, and reliability. ● Key Qualifications ● Databricks Ecosystem: Deep expertise with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables (DLT), and Unity Catalog. ● ● Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience architecting data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. ● ● Data Engineering: Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL; experience with modern orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Databricks Workflows). ● ● Data Modeling: Strong experience designing enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and dimensional schemas. ● ● DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, Terraform/IaC, and automated deployment pipelines for data infrastructure.
