Senior .NET Engineer

• 2+ years of professional .NET development with strong C# fundamentals

• Proven experience with ASP.NET Core and modern .NET (6/7/8)

• Azure cloud experience — deployments, services, and ideally some migration work

• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)

• Comfortable working in and improving legacy codebases, not just greenfield

• SQL Server and Entity Framework experience

• Able to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades: You'll take ownership of core backend systems that are due for modernization. That means rearchitecting aging infrastructure, introducing CI/CD where it's missing, improving reliability, and building new features on top of a cleaner foundation. You'll have a real voice in technical decisions and be expected to bring opinions — we want someone who can point at our stack and say "here's what we should do next."

Deseable: • Experience building software in the US healthcare space, particularly EMR or practice management platforms

• Hands-on with insurance billing workflows, including EDI 837/835 and clearinghouse integrations

• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or SOC 2
