AI Sales Development Representative

About Alpha Efficiency We are a Design, Development, and SEO agency serving legal, home services, and healthcare businesses. We are a fully remote, async-first team that uses technology to stay organized and move fast.

The role You will use own our outbound pipeline using AI-assisted workflows. You will find the right prospects, research them at scale, write outreach that sounds like a person wrote it, and book qualified discovery calls for our sales team. You are measured on meetings booked and pipeline quality, not activity volume.

What you will do

• Build targeted prospect lists in our verticals using AI-assisted tools and data sources

• Design and maintain AI-assisted enrichment and personalization workflows

• Write, test, and iterate on cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences

• Manage replies, qualify interest, and book discovery calls

• Keep our CRM accurate: contacts, deal stages, and sequence performance

• Report weekly on reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated

• Follow advertising and privacy standards for each vertical, including legal and healthcare

What you bring

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for prospecting or copywriting

• Advanced level of English, written and spoken, and the ability to write copy that does not read like a template

• Comfort with a CRM

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in an async environment

• Working knowledge of email deliverability, including warm-up, domain health, and CAN-SPAM

Requirements of the role

• We use time-tracking software (Hubstaff) for all work. This is required.

Nice to have

• Experience selling marketing or SEO services

• Familiarity with Slack, Notion, and Hubstaff
