Data Scientist

The opportunity We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. You'll build data-driven solutions that solve business problems at scale.

What will you work on?

• Design experiments and apply causal inference to evaluate business opportunities.

• Develop machine learning models that automate business decisions.

• Deploy and monitor models in production, tracking technical and business performance.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions.

• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

What will help you succeed?

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science.

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Strong Python and SQL skills, writing production-ready code.

• Proven track record building and deploying machine learning models on structured data.

• Solid knowledge of experimentation and causal inference.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• Nice to have: e-commerce or marketplace background.
