About the Role Adlantica is a Dallas-based performance advertising agency helping service businesses and ecommerce brands generate measurable growth. We manage Meta and Google Ads alongside the research, messaging, creative, landing pages, and measurement systems behind effective campaigns. We work closely with founders and leadership teams, using customer insight, direct-response principles, and disciplined testing to guide our work.
We are hiring a senior, client-facing leader who can own campaign delivery, daily account decisions, performance accountability, and client relationships. You will guide a media buyer, graphic designer, video editor, and web developer; translate strategic direction into coordinated execution; challenge weak analysis and creative; and represent Adlantica confidently with clients. The founder will remain involved in high-stakes positioning and major strategic decisions, but routine work should not wait for the founder’s review. This is neither a project coordinator nor an individual-contributor media buying role.
Responsibilities
• Own delivery across a portfolio of client accounts, from approved strategy through campaign launch, optimization, reporting, and follow-through. Make sound day-to-day decisions without waiting for the founder to direct every step.
• Take business objectives, customer research, and creative strategy and turn them into actionable briefs. Coordinate copy, design, video, landing pages, audiences, budgets, URLs, campaign structure, and deadlines so every specialist knows what success requires.
• Lead performance reviews across Meta and Google Ads. Examine account metrics, question the media buyer about what happened and why, and critically evaluate their analysis, assumptions, comparisons, testing approach, and recommended optimizations to ensure decisions are grounded in data and aligned with business outcomes.
• Investigate gaps between advertising results and sales outcomes, including lead quality, booked appointments, CRM attribution, form submissions, phone calls, conversion tracking, and landing-page performance. Bring the right specialists together to resolve them.
• Review ad copy, scripts, creative concepts, and landing pages for customer relevance, clarity, persuasion, differentiation, evidence, and alignment with the offer. Give specific, strategic feedback rather than subjective preferences or purely cosmetic edits.
• Lead and coordinate the work of the media buyer, designer, editor, and developer. Prioritize work, remove blockers, manage revisions, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met without routing routine questions back to the founder.
• Own repeatable pre-launch quality assurance: correct assets and placements, messaging, destination URLs, mobile experience, forms, thank-you pages, tracking events, CRM handoffs, and final checks.
• Own the preparation and follow-through for client meetings, including setting agendas, preparing performance reports, presenting completed work, and managing action items. Lead discussions around campaign performance and recommendations, and respond confidently to client questions. The founder will participate in all client meetings to guide overall strategy and direction.
• Manage day-to-day client email and Slack communication. Stay close to client priorities, anticipate concerns, and keep the founder informed through concise updates on material changes, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
• 6+ years in performance marketing or digital advertising agencies, including meaningful experience leading multiple client accounts and supervising cross-functional delivery.
• Proven ownership of client outcomes, not merely task coordination. You can describe decisions you made independently, teams you directed, problems you solved, and the commercial impact.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation and ecommerce businesses.
• Advanced analytical judgment: able to diagnose underperformance, spot weak comparisons, distinguish correlation from causation, evaluate lead quality, and challenge recommendations constructively.
• Practical fluency with landing pages, GA4/GTM, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, CRM workflows, and attribution. You need to direct technical investigations, not personally code every fix.
• Excellent creative and messaging judgment, grounded in audience research and direct-response principles. Able to identify why copy or creative is weak and explain precisely how to improve it.
• Experience managing specialists and reviewing their work against clear standards; strong prioritization, ownership, and follow-through across several simultaneous client engagements.
• Exceptional spoken and written English. Comfortable advising U.S. business owners, presenting complex findings, handling disagreement, and communicating uncertainty without losing trust.
• Independent, curious, decisive, and willing to push back thoughtfully. You know when to act, when to investigate, and when an issue genuinely merits escalation.
• Full-time remote availability with substantial overlap with U.S. Central Time. Prior client-facing experience with U.S. companies or agencies is strongly preferred.
