About the Program CNGR is a global leader in battery materials, building an integrated value chain from lithium resources to batteries. In Argentina, our Jama-Solaroz project in the Puna of Jujuy is central to that vision. Our Young Graduate Program is for recent graduates (within the last 12 months) who want to start their careers in mining and energy-transition projects. Participants join one of two tracks: Operations or Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) . They learn through hands-on experience, rotations across sites and close mentoring from experienced professionals. The goal is to develop the skills needed to take ownership of a specific area or module, and to grow from there into an Analyst or Engineer role.

This is a Junior Role The position is designed for professionals in the early stages of their career. You will work under the guidance of your Operations or EHSS Manager or Supervisor, take on more autonomy over time and receive continuous training. We value your willingness to learn more than your previous experience.

Key Responsibilities Operations Track

• Support the administration, maintenance and operation of Jama Camp and Jama Pilot Plant.

• Help coordinate operational tasks across the Jama Project, working with CNGR departments and contractors.

• Monitor fuel consumption and request fuel supplies for project operations.

• Support the supervision, coordination and control of camp services: maintenance, laundry, cleaning, catering, water truck and other services.

• Record service consumption data in the company database and help track key operational indicators.

EHSS Track

• Rotate across administrative offices and operational sites, including laboratories, warehouses and mining projects, to learn the company’s EHSS management system.

• Take part in basic inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessment and control activities.

• Collect, analyze and track EHSS data, indicators and documentation.

• Support document management, follow-up on corrective actions and maintenance of the EHSS management system.

• Build working knowledge of Argentine regulations and internal procedures on occupational health and safety, the environment and asset security.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in Industrial, Mining, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or Civil Engineering; Occupational Health & Safety; Environmental Sciences; Business Administration; or related fields.

• Up to 1 year of professional experience. Internships in mining, energy or industrial settings are a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with databases or management systems is a plus.

• Intermediate English. Chinese is a plus.

Special Requirements

• Availability to work on a roster schedule at the Jama Project site, at high altitude (over 4,000 m above sea level) in the Puna region of Jujuy.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical exam, including high-altitude fitness.

• Availability to travel and rotate between sites and offices.

• Residence in Jujuy
