AI Content Engineer

Company Description Sunflower (YC W25) is the sobriety platform for the future of superintelligence. We're helping people rewire their brains to associate sobriety with reward using an AI sponsor, psychoeducation, community, and a teletherapy and med management clinic in the US.

Role Description This is a full time role for an AI Content Engineer based in Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the flexibility for remote work. The role is hybrid with 3 days in office working directly with the CEO and the AI team.

The AI Content Engineer will build production systems for generative AI content including video, image, and audio pipelines, API integrations (Veo, Remotion, Suno, etc.), automated testing loops for ads and creatives, and solving consistency across AI-generated scenes. Your main goal is to create high converting video ads for the Sunflower Studio and Sunflower Clinic.

Your work will directly power content as part of the Growth team to help people quit alcohol, cocaine, meth, heroin, gambling, and more. This is a launchpad role for someone technical + creative who wants to go all in to do the best work of their life.

Who you are: → Creative strategist / engineer / video editor with experience in AI video and image gen → Experience with end to end creative process from scripting, AI generation, to editing → Professional English (You'll be working with American CEO)
