Remote Recruiter — Flexible Roles & Compensation

Compensation: US $1,000 - $2,000/month fixed, or hourly, commission-only, and fixed-plus-commission arrangements depending on responsibilities and availability.

Objective Recruiting is a Vancouver-based recruiting firm looking for remote recruiters to help us fill non-tech roles for Canadian clients. We're open to different levels of experience and specializations. Whether you're strongest at sourcing, interviewing, or full-cycle recruiting, we can structure an opportunity around your capabilities. Already employed or recruiting for other clients? That's fine. We're open to flexible arrangements.

The Opportunity Depending on your strengths, you may focus on:

• Sourcing & Headhunting: Find, approach, and attract qualified candidates, including those not actively looking for work.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct structured candidate assessments and recorded interviews.

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage candidate delivery from sourcing through assessment and hiring.

We provide the hiring requirements, assessment frameworks, and operational support so you can focus on delivering results.

Schedule Work is coordinated around Canadian Pacific Time (PT). Hours can be flexible, but availability during Canadian afternoons and evenings is important, as candidates are often most available after work.

How We Work Be resourceful in finding and attracting the right people; be disciplined in how you assess them. We value independent thinking, creative sourcing, and proactive execution. Our assessments are standardized, objective, and transparent. We use recorded interviews and documented evidence so clients can independently validate candidate qualifications.

What We're Looking For

• Recruiting experience in Canada, the US, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• Demonstrated ability in sourcing, interviewing, or full-cycle recruiting.

• CEFR C1 English or better.

• Strong initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• Ability to conduct recorded candidate video calls in business-professional attire from a well-lit, confidential workspace with no virtual backgrounds or blur effects.

Preferred: Non-tech recruiting, passive candidate headhunting, contingency recruiting, and access to relevant recruiting tools.
