LATAM Nutrition Specialist | Poultry Nutrition

We are supporting a French multinational company specialized in animal health. The company develops, manufactures, and commercializes vaccines, pharmaceutical products, and innovative solutions for both production and companion animals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch strategy and business development of a new poultry nutrition and health product line, serving as the primary technical and market reference for the portfolio.

• Develop strategic relationships with nutritionists, animal scientists, consultants, and key decision-makers within leading poultry companies.

• Provide technical support to commercial teams in identifying, developing, and converting business opportunities.

• Act as the category expert by delivering training sessions, technical presentations, seminars, and scientific discussions for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Continuously monitor the Brazilian poultry market, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and potential strategic partners.

• Drive product positioning and commercial expansion strategies, supporting the adoption of new technologies and solutions by customers.

• Collaborate with global and corporate teams to share market intelligence, business results, and development strategies.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums, strengthening brand presence and expanding relationships within the market.

• Travel frequently for customer visits, corporate training programs, and strategic meetings across Brazil and internationally.

• Contribute to the sustainable growth of the business unit through a highly visible and strategically impactful role.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or a related field.

• Postgraduate studies, Master's degree, or PhD will be considered valuable differentiators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in poultry nutrition.

• Strong network and relationships with nutritionists, consultants, and professionals from leading poultry companies in Brazil.

• Fluent English for corporate communication and participation in international meetings and training programs.

• Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Mexico.
