La búsqueda

• 6+ years building iOS apps natively in Swift.

• You’ve shipped multiple apps to the App Store , ideally B2B or SaaS products, and owned the release process end to end.

• Expert in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit, Swift concurrency and Xcode.

• Deep knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, App Store Review Guidelines, privacy manifests and App Store Connect.

• Adaptive layouts across iPhone sizes and form factors, including iPhone Duo and iOS 27 multitasking.

• Push notifications (APNs), deep links, background tasks, Keychain and authentication.

• Networking with REST and real-time APIs. Supabase or Postgres experience is a plus.

• Performance tuning with Instruments, crash reporting and CI/CD with Xcode Cloud or Fastlane.

• Testing with XCTest or Swift Testing.

• Excellent written and spoken English, and 8 hours a day during US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilidades: You’ll build a native iOS app operators use all day: approving guest requests, checking arrivals, answering messages and watching revenue. It should feel like Apple made it. What you’ll do

• Architect and build the HostOp iOS app in Swift and SwiftUI, on top of our existing APIs.

• Turn Figma designs into polished screens that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

• Make every screen adapt across iPhones, from the largest Pro Max to the foldable iPhone Duo, with Dynamic Type, Dark Mode and orientation changes.

• Build the Apple-native features: push notifications, widgets, Live Activities, App Intents, Face ID and Apple Wallet passes.

• Own the App Store pipeline: signing, TestFlight, App Store Connect, privacy labels, review guidelines and releases.

• Set up crash reporting, analytics and CI/CD with Xcode Cloud or Fastlane.

• Keep the app fast, smooth and live-updating, profiled with Instruments.

• Partner with our designers on iOS patterns and with our engineers on the APIs the app needs.

• Help plan Android as a later, separate release.

First 90 days

• Days 1–30: learn the product, set the app architecture, ship an internal TestFlight build.

• Days 31–60: core flows working end to end, push notifications live, beta with real operators.

• Days 61–90: v1 submitted to the App Store.

How to apply

• Links to iOS apps you shipped to the App Store and what you built in each.

• A 3-minute Loom walking through one app’s architecture and the hardest problem you solved.

• How you’d make one screen work on both the largest Pro Max and iPhone Duo.

Shortlisted candidates do a paid technical task.
