Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Go + Next.JS + React Native)

• 5+ years of full-stack experience; strong in Go (or deep TypeScript experience and proven ability to pick up Go fast).

• Solid React/Next.js; React Native experience is a major plus.

• Comfortable with webhook-driven / telephony / event-based systems — you've debugged async flows across service boundaries.

• Able to read and navigate a large, unfamiliar codebase independently.

• Strong SQL and comfort operating PostgreSQL in production.

• English C1+ written and spoken.

• Based in Latin America with at least 6 hours of overlap with US Pacific time.

Responsabilidades: • Fix bugs at the root cause: triage reports from live users, trace them through the full stack, and fix the underlying problem — not the symptom.

• Harden reliability: improve test coverage, observability, and error handling across a system built at high velocity.

• Ship features: case-opening automation, workflow tooling, telephony improvements, AI-assisted document workflows.

• Own production: deploys, database migrations, and occasional on-call for critical issues.

Deseable: • Telnyx or Twilio programmable voice/messaging experience.

• Expo native modules / config plugins.

• Experience building LLM-powered features.

• Legal, medical, or insurance domain exposure.
