Order Management & Fulfillment Manager

Manager, Order Management & Fulfillment Fully remote

We're partnering with a global infrastructure/cleantech company looking to hire an experienced Manager, Order Management & Fulfillment to take ownership of their end-to-end order management and fulfillment operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, fulfilled efficiently, and delivered with exceptional customer experience at every stage. As the operational hub between Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Deployment, and Customer Support, you'll drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement across the entire order lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end order management process from contract execution through successful delivery

• Manage and develop a team responsible for order administration and fulfillment support

• Ensure order accuracy, compliance, documentation, and operational governance across Salesforce, NetSuite, and related systems

• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to coordinate timely fulfillment

• Monitor order backlogs, inventory dependencies, shipment performance, and customer commitments

• Drive resolution of order exceptions, delivery issues, and fulfillment challenges

• Build scalable processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support business growth

• Champion operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and data integrity initiatives

• Provide leadership with actionable insights and visibility into operational performance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Order Management, Fulfillment, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or a related operational environment

• 2+ years of people leadership experience

• Strong experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM and ERP platforms

• Proven success improving operational processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

• EV Charging, Technology, Manufacturing, Hardware, Logistics, or other operationally complex industries

• Multi-region or global operations

• Order-to-cash process knowledge

• KPI development, dashboard creation, and executive reporting

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certifications
