What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards

• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness

• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines

• Write clear, structured feedback explaining your reasoning and flagging issues

• Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios

• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively

• Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology

• A clear and concise written communicator

• Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach

• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

• No prior experience in AI, ethics, or policy required

Nice to Have

• Background in law, philosophy, journalism, social sciences, or public policy

• Experience reviewing or moderating content at scale

• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows

• Exposure to concepts like algorithmic bias, misinformation, or digital rights
