Finnish Customer Support Specialist in Cyprus

Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca, Cyprus . This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced customer support team assisting players with account inquiries, platform navigation, and technical troubleshooting. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting users in the Finnish market.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and platform navigation

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience

• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required

• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data security policies

• Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Finnish

• Good command of English

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a contact center environment is an advantage

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
