Graphic Designer

PerkUp is a swag and gifting platform. Companies like Microsoft, Wise and Wealthsimple use us to design and send branded merch to their teams around the world.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who loves making realistic mockups and cares about every detail. You will own the design work behind our bulk orders: the mockups that get an order approved, and the files the vendor prints.

What you will do

• Create realistic product mockups for client orders, with the right logo placement, color and scale

• Prepare production files: vectors, Pantone codes and the right decoration method

• Vectorize client logos when an order only has a PNG

• Keep our catalog images up to date

• Work directly with our Customer Success team and clients

• Share ideas to improve how we work

Who you are

• Strong at mockups, with a great eye for detail. You notice a distorted logo or a wrong color before anyone else

• A problem solver. When something is new to you, you find the answer and keep going

• Not afraid to speak up and bring ideas to improve our processes

• Excited to work in an international, multicultural team, with clients from all over the world

• Comfortable using AI tools and checking their results

• Conversational English, to communicate with the team

Experience

• 3+ years as a designer, including production work

• Illustrator for print production (vectors, Pantone, dielines) and good knowledge of decoration methods: screen print, embroidery, DTG, DTF, sublimation, engraving

• A portfolio with mockups, merch, packaging or product work

Nice to have: packaging design, product photo retouching, experience with print or merch vendors.

Full-time. Remote, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with overlap with EST hours.
