Wordpress Content Coordiantor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable WordPress Content Coordinator to provide ongoing support in updating and maintaining a large portfolio of client websites. This role focuses on content management, inventory updates, and light website maintenance—no coding skills required. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing repetitive but important tasks across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Update website content, inventory lists, images, and product details across ~100 client WordPress sites.

• Perform basic WordPress site maintenance (e.g., updating pages, adjusting media, reviewing formatting).

• Manage task progress and project updates within Monday.com.

• Create and refine product descriptions with support from AI tools.

• Edit and optimize images to ensure they meet website standards for file type, size, and quality.

• Source product images, floor plans, and feature lists from manufacturers or client-provided materials.

• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Maintain organized documentation of completed updates and site changes.

• Support general administrative tasks related to website upkeep and content coordination.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Basic working knowledge of WordPress (no coding required).

• Experience with content management or administrative support tasks is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools is preferred.

• Ability to edit and optimize photos using basic photo-editing tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Good written English for reviewing or creating product descriptions.

• Ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
