About Hauler Hero Hauler Hero is building the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers across the United States. Our platform brings dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and driver operations into one modern system. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized RFP & Proposal Specialist to help us win municipal, government, enterprise, and private-sector opportunities.

The role You will support the full proposal process: finding relevant opportunities, registering the company on procurement portals, assessing RFP fit, coordinating internal contributors, drafting strong responses, and ensuring complete submissions are delivered on time. This is not a copy-and-paste proposal role. You will turn complex product, technical, operational, and customer information into clear, compliant, persuasive proposals tailored to each buyer. You will work closely with U.S.-based Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Operations, and leadership. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. What you’ll own

• Monitor municipal, state, federal, cooperative purchasing, and private procurement portals for relevant RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and vendor opportunities.

• Assess opportunities based on fit, eligibility requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, contract terms, and strategic value.

• Maintain a clear pipeline of upcoming, active, submitted, and awarded opportunities.

• Manage procurement-portal registrations, company profiles, compliance requirements, renewals, documents, and credentials.

• Coordinate proposal timelines, internal owners, response inputs, reviews, attachments, and final submissions.

• Draft and edit compelling responses about Hauler Hero’s product, implementation, customer support, integrations, security, reporting, and industry experience.

• Ensure submissions meet every requirement for formatting, compliance, attachments, and deadlines.

• Build and maintain a reusable RFP content library with approved responses, product language, customer examples, technical answers, and standard documentation.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination, sales enablement, procurement support, business development, legal operations, or a related role.

• Excellent written English with the ability to write clearly, professionally, and persuasively.

• Strong spoken English and confidence collaborating with U.S.-based teams.

• Experience managing multiple deadlines, stakeholders, documents, and review cycles.

• Exceptional attention to detail around compliance, formatting, attachments, and submission instructions.

• Ability to translate technical or operational information into clear, buyer-friendly business language.

• Strong follow-up discipline and the confidence to keep busy stakeholders on track.

• Based in Argentina, with reliable internet and availability during core U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with municipal, state, federal, or enterprise RFPs in the United States.

• Experience in SaaS, GovTech, logistics, transportation, field services, public works, waste, or recycling.

• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, Bonfire, PlanetBids, BidNet, OpenGov, Loopio, or Responsive/RFPIO.

• Experience with HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or AI-assisted writing tools.

• Legal, paralegal, contract administration, or vendor-compliance experience.

Compensation and work style

• Remote contractor role, based in Argentina.

• Full-time.

• Approximately USD 4,650 per month, paid in USD.

• Final offer depends on experience and interview performance.
