Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional quality and user experiences for a suite of AI-powered products and tools.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product lines.

• Oversee QA processes to effectively validate customer needs.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams on areas for enhancement.

• Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and relaying insights to internal teams.

Requirements

• 2-6 years in product management, QA, or a technical customer-facing role.

• Strong understanding of software development and product architecture (coding not required).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, as business is conducted in English.

• Ability to establish and manage quality assurance processes.

• Deep understanding of product workflows to recognize improvement opportunities.

• Experience translating customer needs into product actions and updates.
