Full-Stack Developer

• ENGLISH C1+

• Proactive, communicative and comfortable with feedback

• Strong with our stack (React/Node/TypeScript/Postgres)

• AI-native: you use Cursor / Claude Code / etc, but you read, understand code you ship

• Experience working in similar setup

• Good English communication

Details:

• Full-time only: this is not a part-time or freelance gig, we want someone fully committed

• Remote, long-term role with room to grow into a lead position as the team expands

Responsabilidades: • AI agent

• UX flows: smooth out and improve core user flows

• Internal CRM: build our own tool for client follow-ups

• Security: audit and harden the app (multi-tenant isolation, auth, webhooks)

• Sentry

• Coralogix

• Performance: make the app faster and more efficient

• Offline mode, big one: techs must be able to work in the field without signal Advanced statistics: big reporting/analytics upgrade of all users

• Affiliate CRM

• Plus ongoing smaller features and fixes
