We are looking for an Application Specialist, BDMC Solutions to join our team. What will be your impact?

• Provide technical support, administration, and continuous improvement for Business Development and Marketing Communications (BDMC) technology platforms.

• Act as a first responder for escalated incidents requiring technical and functional analysis.

• Analyze and resolve application issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and support resources.

• Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure optimal platform performance.

• Support security compliance activities, vendor assessments, and governance processes.

• Participate in testing, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).

• Experience supporting and managing business applications and technology platforms.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of SQL reporting tools.

• Experience with Power BI, PowerShell, scripting, automation tools, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
