Power BI Developer SSIS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience 5+ as a Power BI Developer with strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases. Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language) for data manipulation and calculations. Extensive experience with SQL Server for querying and managing data, including writing complex SQL queries. Hands-on experience in developing and managing SSIS ETL packages. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades: • Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Perform data modeling, data cleansing, and transformation using Power Query (M language) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability, ensuring efficient data refresh and load times.

• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, cloud services, and APIs, to create comprehensive BI solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, report functionality, and user access.

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and BI industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of BI tools.

Deseable: • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are preferred.

• Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics) is a plus

• Version control tools like Git or Azure DevOps (optional but beneficial)
