Overview: TalentCross is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing U.S. brand in the DTC space. Were looking for a creative and data-driven Email & SMS Coordinator to lead retention campaigns across email and SMS channels. This is a part-time remote role , ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves optimizing performance, and knows how to keep customers engaged through compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Postscript

• Segment audiences and personalize messaging to drive retention

• Run A/B tests and analyze results to improve campaign performance

• Monitor key metrics (CTR, conversions, revenue) and report insights

• Ensure brand consistency across all retention touchpoints

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategy

What You Bring:

• 2–4+ years of experience in email & SMS marketing, ideally for a DTC brand

• Strong command of Klaviyo and Postscript (or similar CRM platforms)

• Experience with automation, segmentation, and A/B testing

• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance-driven decisions

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment
