Regional Cyber Coordinator Americas

We’re hiring: Regional Cyber Coordinator – Americas

About the role You will support the implementation of cybersecurity strategies, manage cyber risks, and collaborate with regional teams to protect our operations and ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity activities across multiple sites in the Americas, ensuring alignment with global and regional policies.

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, and follow up on mitigation actions.

• Support incident response, including investigation, containment, and recovery.

• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into daily activities and new projects.

• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards.

• Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives.

• Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors and service providers.

• Prepare and present cybersecurity reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience , including 2 years in a coordination or similar role .

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISO 27001 .

• Proven experience in risk management, incident response, and vulnerability management.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.

• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Experience in logistics, maritime operations, or container terminals is highly desirable. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
