Job title: RevOps & HubSpot Analyst | Remote Contractor | Argentina
About Hauler Hero Hauler Hero is building the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers in the United States. Our platform brings dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and driver operations into one modern system. We’re growing quickly and looking for a hands-on RevOps & HubSpot Analyst to help build the systems, data standards, and reporting that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
The role This is not a data-entry role. You will own and improve the HubSpot setup behind our go-to-market engine: how leads, sources, deals, lifecycle stages, campaigns, and events are tracked from first touch through closed-won revenue. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams. Strong spoken and written English is essential.
What you’ll own
• Configure and maintain HubSpot: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, sequences, permissions, imports, and deduplication.
• Establish clear CRM standards across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Build attribution and conversion tracking across website, paid media, events, and offline conversions.
• Connect HubSpot with WordPress, forms, tracking code, chat, ad platforms, and event lead lists.
• Improve lead routing, handoffs, and nurture workflows.
• Build dashboards and a monthly scorecard for pipeline, new ARR, and closed-won revenue by channel and event.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data quality.
What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or HubSpot/CRM administration.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, lead management, and data hygiene.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, UTMs, and ad-platform conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to align different teams around shared processes and standards.
• Based in Argentina, with reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
• HubSpot certifications.
• WordPress and HubSpot integration experience.
• B2B SaaS background.
• Experience with Google, Meta, or LinkedIn offline conversion imports.
• Zapier, Make, SQL, or data-visualization experience.
What success looks like In your first 90 days, you will audit our current setup, establish shared HubSpot standards, improve tracking from campaigns and events through closed deals, and own the reporting leadership uses to make growth decisions. Compensation and work style
• Remote contractor role, based in Argentina.
• Full-time.
• USD 3,500–3,800 per month, paid in USD.
• Final offer depends on experience, HubSpot depth, and interview performance.
How to apply Please apply with your CV in English and briefly share:
• Your experience administering HubSpot.
• An example of a workflow, attribution setup, or reporting system you built.
• Your English level and availability in U.S. business hours.
