Legal Assistant con Personal Injury

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our legal team in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, possesses excellent communication skills, and has experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking clients.

• Conduct client intake interviews and gather relevant case information and documentation.

• Maintain and organize case files, medical records, correspondence, and legal documents.

• Request and follow up on medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance information.

• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and other parties involved in cases.

• Schedule appointments, depositions, and attorney meetings.

• Draft, review, and prepare legal correspondence and other case-related documents.

• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.

• Assist attorneys and paralegals with case preparation and settlement packages.

• Provide exceptional client service and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager in a USA based Legal Firm.

• Experience in personal injury claims, medical records, and insurance processes.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
