Senior GCP DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to strengthen our global delivery by building reliable cloud automation and delivery pipelines. You will lead hands-on IaC work, Terraform modules, and secure IAM/WIF configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code on Google Cloud Platform

• Build reusable Terraform modules to standardize cloud infrastructure

• Configure IAM roles, policies, and Workload Identity Federation for secure access

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform delivery

• Collaborate with a global team while ensuring coverage for the Mexico time zone

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Terraform, IAM/WIF, and CI/CD workflows

• Document infrastructure patterns, module usage, and operational procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps engineering experience with Google Cloud Platform

• Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance

• Terraform experience, including reusable module development

• Senior-level ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a global team

• Strong project coordination skills to support delivery across the Mexico time zone

• Solid cloud security knowledge focused on IAM and Workload Identity Federation

• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines

• Clear communication skills for working with distributed stakeholders

• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
