Databricks Platform Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Databricks Platform Engineer to design and manage our Databricks platform, supporting data engineering, data science, and MLOps workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.

What You'll Do

• Design and manage the Databricks platform to support data engineering, data science, and MLOps workflows.

• Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.

• Work across the dev, stage, and prod development lifecycle.

• Monitor Databricks compute and the overall platform from both a security and a cost-performance perspective.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Deep understanding of Databricks features and limitations.

• Hands-on experience with native Databricks functionalities, including Delta Live Tables (DLT), Workflows, and Unity Catalog.

• Proficiency in the dev, stage, and prod development lifecycle.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Experience using GitHub for version control.

• Experience monitoring Databricks compute and the platform from security and cost-performance perspectives.

• Cloud platform experience, with AWS preferred.

• English skills: advanced.
