About the role:

Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake call to offer and onboarding handoff. Partner with hiring managers and leadership across regions (LATAM, Canada, Bulgaria, UK) to define profiles, scope and hiring strategy. Design and run sourcing strategies: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and market mapping for hard-to-fill roles. Run structured screenings that assess skills, English level and cultural fit. Deliver an excellent candidate experience, including clear and constructive feedback at every stage. Track and report recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, funnel conversion, rejection reasons and market insights. Maintain our ATS and trackers, document processes, and support or guide junior recruiters as the team grows.

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including senior, specialized and hard-to-fill roles. Advanced English (C1+), written and spoken, to work with international teams. Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with an ATS. Consultative approach with stakeholders: able to challenge requirements and align expectations with market reality. Data-driven mindset, comfortable presenting metrics and insights to leadership. Autonomy, ownership and comfort with ambiguity in a founding-team environment. Availability to work on-site in a hybrid scheme at our offices in Vicente López.

Nice to Have Experience in iGaming or other regulated industries. Multi-market recruitment experience across LATAM. Experience with employer branding and referral programs.
