Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on QA Lead to lead quality engineering for a large-scale retail Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)platform.

Responsibilities

Lead QA activities across functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing. Coordinate with client QA, engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. Plan testing for features, integrations, promotions, payments, and releases. Lead and enhance Playwright + TypeScript automation. Manage JMeter performance/load testing and reporting. Oversee defects, test coverage, release readiness, and QA metrics. Support production releases and after-hours validation when required. Lead distributed QA teams and knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Skills

QA leadership for large-scale e-commerce applications. Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) testing or comparable commerce platform. Playwright + TypeScript TestRail & BrowserStack JMeter performance/load testing. API and end-to-end integration testing. Regression and production validation. GitLab or similar CI/CD tools. Agile/Scrum and distributed team leadership.

Preferred Skills

Astound Commerce React/headless commerce Contentful Subscriptions, gift cards, loyalty, promotions, and payment testing. High-volume retail/peak-season experience.
