We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

What you will do:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts via both Excel & Google Sheets

• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting

• Develop and maintain financial models for various projects

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis

• Support the FP&A function in development and ongoing process improvement, including driving consistency and improvement in business analysis and reporting

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.

• Develop and deliver a robust, consistent, and accurate analysis of market and regional-level business performance using KPI dashboards and non-financial data to highlight performance

What we look for:

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role

• Accounting degree

• Fluent in English, spoken and written

• Advanced experience and Skills in both Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis

• Experience working with and summarizing large data sets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working with Netsuite, Adaptive, and Power BI preferred
