Job Description

MRM  is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company. A Ssr Digital Designer is responsible for producing creative assets for digital advertising and has a generalist profile, with the ability to work across several complementary design areas, such as digital design, presentation design, and/or motion graphics.

They have experience designing and adapting digital assets in the fast-paced agency environment and must be able to effectively combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce engaging and informative content. They have expertise in creating presentations and slides and should feel comfortable presenting to groups.

Working hours: 10 to 19 hs

Main tasks

• Support the Senior Digital Designer and/or Art Director in designing creative assets for digital advertising, following briefs, brand guidelines, technical specifications, and creative direction.

• Support the Senior Presentation Designer in creating high-impact presentations, crafting compelling narratives, and developing engaging visual stories.

• Redesign existing presentations and slides to enhance their visual impact.

• Design and produce presentations, static or animated banners, social media videos, social media posts, landing pages, email templates, DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) assets, and digital or print promotional materials.

• Deliver high-quality creative assets on time, incorporating feedback from team leaders and clients.

• Incorporate feedback and input from team leaders and clients into the design process to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.

• Ensure consistent quality across all deliverables.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience working in digital agencies.

• Experience designing for social media and/or audiovisual media.

• Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Intermediate knowledge of animation and motion graphics software: After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Strong knowledge of presentation design software, such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts for projects.

• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• English proficiency: Advanced (C1–C2).
