We are seeking a Chief JavaScript Full-Stack Engineer to join our global AI Engineering team and shape the future of secure, enterprise-grade AI Agents at scale.

In this role, you will define the overarching technical vision and strategy for intelligent, user-facing agentic interfaces, frontend platforms, and streaming UX ecosystems that deliver GenAI capabilities to employees and customers worldwide. You will operate as a key technical authority, influencing engineering culture, standards, and long-term direction across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Establish the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for frontend architectures, component ecosystems, and real-time streaming platforms powering AI agents across web and mobile

• Drive the design of high-performance, enterprise-scale frontend platforms engineered for ultra-low latency, SSE/WebSocket streaming, and sophisticated AI interaction paradigms

• Build and mentor a community of lead and principal engineers, fostering technical excellence across global cross-geo teams and ensuring alignment on shared component libraries and AI design standards

• Oversee the design, evolution, and governance of frontend interfaces and SDKs that bring AI agent capabilities to life for employees and customers

• Define the reference architecture for Agentic Experiences (AX) on web and mobile, setting the standard for real-time response streaming and low-latency interactions

• Institutionalize frontend observability, accessibility (WCAG/a11y), and operational excellence as organization-wide practices across all user-facing AI services

• Direct the creation of reusable full-stack integration frameworks, component hooks, and platform capabilities that empower enterprise teams to embed GenAI tools at scale

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leadership, UX leadership, and backend architects to pioneer novel interaction patterns for AI copilots and virtual agents

• Provide executive-level technical leadership, governance, and strategic guidance to global delivery organizations across multiple regions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management libraries

• 2+ years of relevant leadership experience, including guiding senior/lead engineers and driving cross-organizational technical strategy

• Extensive software development background across web applications, client-side SDKs, APIs, and microservices at enterprise scale

• Proven track record of shaping GenAI user experiences, conversational UX, and real-time response streaming interfaces (SSE/WebSockets)

• Deep expertise in architecting chat assistants and prompt UI patterns

• Strong proficiency in Python backend development and integrating cloud-native REST APIs on AWS/Docker

• Demonstrated success in defining and evolving enterprise UI component libraries, design systems, and developer SDKs adopted across multiple business units

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with client-side or Node.js orchestration frameworks (LangChain for JavaScript, LlamaIndex, Model Context Protocol)

• Understanding of RAG retrieval, vector databases, and citation rendering

• Knowledge of React Native or web-to-mobile wrapper experience for AI workflows

• Expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, a11y standards, and accessible UI component architecture

• Competency in GraphQL and AI evaluation tooling (LangSmith, Langfuse, or user feedback loop UI components)

We offer

• International projects with top brands

• Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers

• Healthcare benefits

• Employee financial programs

• Paid time off and sick leave

• Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses

• Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses
