Cash Application Analyst

Join our Buenos Aires Service Center! We are looking for a Cash Application Analyst to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with financial data, resolving payment allocation issues, and collaborating with international stakeholders to support the Firm’s cash application processes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What will be your impact?

• Process and accurately allocate cash receipts to client invoices, ensuring compliance with Firm policies and procedures.

• Review daily banking activity, investigate unidentified or unmatched payments, and resolve allocation issues.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on unallocated or suspense funds, escalating matters as needed.

• Resolve complex cash application discrepancies by collaborating with Finance teams and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately, confidentially, and within agreed service levels.

• Support ongoing cash application and broader finance-related activities while adapting to evolving business needs.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• University studies or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.

• Advanced or Bilingual English (mandatory).

• Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.

• Previous experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or a related area.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with financial or accounting systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Excellent communication, organization, flexibility and time management skills.
