Client Onboarding & Technical Support

• 2+ years hands on GoHighLevel experience (snapshots, workflows, triggers, custom fields, funnels, calendars)

• Strong Meta Business Manager knowledge (permissions, ad accounts, pixel, page connections, common restrictions)

• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make, plus webhooks and APIs

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents or voice AI is a big plus)

• Excellent spoken and written English. You will be on calls with US business owners.

• Organized enough to manage 20+ onboardings at once without anything slipping

• Reliable internet, backup power, quiet workspace, working camera and mic

Responsabilidades: • Onboard 20+ new clients per month from signup to launch

• Set up GoHighLevel subaccounts from our snapshots: pipelines, calendars, workflows, forms, funnels

• Connect domains, email (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), phone numbers, and A2P 10DLC registration

• Set up client access to Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, pages, pixel, and payment methods

• Install and test our AI follow up (SMS, email, chatbot) and fix anything that breaks

• Run onboarding calls with clients in clear, confident English

• Handle client tech support tickets and solve them fast

• Troubleshoot workflows, automations, integrations, and lead delivery issues

• Write and update SOPs and checklists so onboarding gets faster every month

Deseable: • Experience with insurance agents or agency clients

• Retell AI or other voice AI experience

• A2P 10DLC approvals you have personally gotten through

Beneficios: SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Central Time

• Full time, long term, 40 hours per week

• Must be available live during these hours (Slack, Zoom, client calls)

• $750 to $1,000 per month based on experience

• Performance bonuses tied to onboarding speed and client retention
