• Participate in rotating weekend and overnight coverage to support emergency operations and tenant screening during active listings.
• Assist with renovation planning and due diligence for new or expanding real estate investments.
• Prepare preliminary project pricing, evaluate contractor proposals, and support renovation budgeting decisions.
• Develop renovation schedules and monitor contractor performance, milestones, project costs, and completion dates.
• Review invoices, coordinate vendor payments, and help ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
• Track financial performance through budgeting, cost control, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate information in property management databases, CRM platforms, and internal tracking systems.
• Manage property-related email correspondence, forms, surveys, and administrative documentation.
• Respond to general resident inquiries and help maintain organized communication between residents, vendors, local team members, and leadership.
Requirements

• Experience supporting U.S.-based or international clients, portfolios, operations, or teams.
• Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous remote environment.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including project budgeting, invoice review, variance analysis, reporting, and cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident and professional communication style when working with residents, vendors, contractors, local team members, and senior leadership.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, flexible, energetic, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to support responsibilities outside the primary scope when business needs require it.
