Head of Growth

ReflexMD is a family of direct-to-consumer telehealth brands with a customer base of over a million people, lean, founder-led, and disciplined about capital. They're hiring the senior operator who owns paid acquisition for their newest brand, SkinPeptides.com — someone who thinks in 12-month payback, directs media buyers as the ringleader, and still steps into Ads Manager personally when it matters.

You'll fit right in if you:

• Have 7–10 years in performance marketing, with senior media leadership (Director, Head of Growth, or VP) at a direct response business

• Have hands-on media buying experience on Meta and Google, and can diagnose an account yourself today

• Have scaled paid acquisition for a subscription or recurring revenue business, with real CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback numbers

• Have managed significant budgets, ideally $10M+/year at some point, with the discipline to run lean at startup volume

• Have strong direct response copywriting and creative direction instincts

• Have deep fluency in attribution and measurement — pixel/CAPI, GA4, incrementality, A/B testing

This is a full-time, embedded role — not freelance, not temporary. You'll report directly to the CEO, building the acquisition engine from the first dollar, U.S. time-zone aligned, with Talent Scout supporting you every step of the way.
