What this job is You sell influencer marketing campaigns to brands. You find companies that want to advertise, pitch them and sign the deal. You do not search for or manage creators: our team already does that.

Where You sell across all of Latin America. Our priority markets are Argentina, Mexico and Brazil. Beyond them, we sell to brands across the whole region.

About AFFCT AFFCT is a high-risk influencer marketing agency. We run influencer campaigns, video production and brand integrations. A significant part of our creator base is 18+ creators. If you are not comfortable selling campaigns built on that segment, this role is not for you. We don’t have a sales department yet. We’re looking for the person who will be first.

Where we are strong We sell access to audiences we already reach. Creators, scouts and managers are in place and delivery is covered, so you build demand and nothing else. That is why our deals close in days and weeks.

• Priority 1, LatAm : Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, plus the rest of Latin America. This is where our 18+ creators are, and their audience reaches well beyond the region: around 20% of it is in the US on 18+ video platforms, and 40 to 50% on X.

• Priority 2 : Nigeria, Kenya, India, with mainstream creators.

These are priorities, not limits. If you bring warm contacts in another market we can deliver in, we want to hear about it.

Who you’ll sell to Any brand that wants to reach LatAm audiences, and a sizeable US audience through them, and is comfortable advertising alongside 18+ creators. In practice that is mostly high-risk: prediction markets, our fastest growing segment; crypto, Web3 and trading; dating and social apps; sexual wellness; tier-3 fintech and card products; betting and casino.

The role Hunting: new business, outbound and closing. No inbound leads, no sales infrastructure, no team behind you yet. You will personally write the first cold messages, run the first pitches and sign the first contracts. This is not account management and not a meeting-setter job.

• Build pipeline through outbound: LinkedIn, Telegram, email, industry events.

• Reach real decision-makers and lead pitches end to end.

• Turn each client’s problem into a tailored proposal: decks, numbers, commercials.

• Negotiate the fee upward instead of discounting to close.

• Keep deals moving so payments land and campaigns launch on schedule.

What matters to us

• Deals you closed yourself, where you found the brand and signed the contract.

• Outbound you built yourself, without warm inbound.

• Speed: first contact to signature in days and weeks, not months.

• Commercial nerve. You can hold and raise margin instead of discounting to win.

• Genuine comfort in high-risk verticals and with 18+ creators.

• Fluent English (B2+), our working language.

• Strong advantages: Spanish or Portuguese ; warm contacts with brands or affiliate managers in Argentina, Mexico or Brazil; a background in influencer marketing, performance, affiliate or media.

Compensation The fixed base is reasonable but modest, and we’d rather say that plainly. The real money is a serious performance-based share of what you sell. This role is built for someone who wants their income to come from closing rather than from salary.
